Whole Wheat Croutons
/w dried herbs

Pour in some extra virgin olive oil

Throw in some good dried herbs (make sure there not old), and toss

Spread out onto a parchment lined baking sheet

Baked for about 30 minutes on a 300 degree temp.



* 1 loaf of whole wheat bread 
* Olive oil 
* Dried Herbs
* Sea salt
* Black pepper (always grind fresh peppercorn)

Turn oven on to 300 degrees.  Cut bread into small/med sized cubes, place in a large bowl, drizzle olive oil and toss.  Then sprinkle in your dried herbs, salt and pepper (enough to your liking), again toss/mix well.  Spread out onto a lined baking sheet, or not (the parchment paper is really there for easy clean-up).  Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.  Take out of oven and let cool down. Sprinkle over salad or soup.
