I love tea, And when I found out about this coffee & tea festival - I couldn't wait to go. This event actually took place a couple/few months ago, and I took these pictures while I browsed around 

sipping on lots of delicious coffee & tea. 

Curry Macaroni Salmon Salad

 The weather is hot,warm, cold -who knows! This is a quick throw together salad that is a

filling meal without being to heavy on whatever kind of day. The curry was a last minute add-in; it  

for surely kicked up the flavor.

Lasagna Roll-ups 

I've heard of lasagna roll-ups before, but never really gave any thought of making any until I made a lasagna casserole; only then did this idea come to mind.  I had some leftover cooked pasta and said to myself "what am I going to do with the rest of this".  Of course I didn't want to waste it, so this came to mind- 

roll-ups!
